Staff place units on tables each morning in seconds. No pulling electrical lines, taping cords across floors, or hiring technicians.
No. Maitre takes over routine suggestions, so servers spend their time on service instead of repeating the specials. A larger check usually means a larger tip, not a smaller one.
The menu is stored on the device, so guests can keep browsing if the Wi-Fi drops. Features that need the network, such as sending orders to the kitchen and rewards, pick up again once the connection is back. The units run on batteries, so a power cut does not switch them off.
A QR menu asks guests to take out their phone, open the camera and load a page, and it ends there. Maitre is already on the table: it shows large food photos, suggests add-ons while guests browse, presents rewards at checkout and tells you what people looked at. It is a sales tool, not a PDF.
Nobody has to use it. The menu reads at a glance and opens with one tap, and your staff can still take orders the usual way. Guests who prefer to talk to a server simply do.
The tablet has a built-in front camera, and Maitre does not use it. The kiosk software never turns it on, and no photos or video are recorded.
You do. Order and guest data belong to your restaurant. Maitre processes it only to run the service for you, and does not sell it or share it with other venues or brands.
